Infomaniak Network does not provide support for configuring e-mail on mobile phones, tablets etc. This guide is provided for information only. If you have an issue with any of your mailboxes after configuring your account, please contact Apple support or your device vendor directly.

The e-mail and password must have been previously set up in your control panel (https://admin.infomaniak.com/).
The terms used may be slightly different depending on the version of iOS that you have (iOS 3/4 or iOS 5/6 7) but the basic principle generally remains the same.
None of the steps are optional even if the device indicates otherwise. You must fill in all of the fields.



Actions to be carried out


Tap "Settings" (Fig. 1)
Tap "Mails, Contacts, Calendars" (Fig. 2)
Tap "Add Account" (Fig. 3)
Tap "Other" listed below the main mail providers (Fig. 4)
Tap "Add Mail Account" (Fig. 5)
Enter your name in the field marked "Name" (Fig. 6)
Enter your e-mail address in the field marked "Email"
Enter the "Password" for your e-mail address
Enter a "Description" as a label for this account
Tap "Next"
Tap "IMAP" (recommended) (Fig. 7)
Enter "mail.infomaniak.ch" in the various places labelled "Host Name"
Enter your complete e-mail address in the various places labelled "User Name"
Enter the "Password" for your e-mail address in the various places required
Tap "Next" then save these settings (Fig. 8)
Check your e-mail using the device's Mail application
